By Harriet F. Heywood
1st Verse
I’ve got something in my pocket that belongs upon my face,
I keep it very close to me in a most convenient place
2nd Verse
I’m sure you couldn’t guess it if you guessed a long, long while.
So I’ll take it out and put it on – it’s a great big Brownie Smile!
(Alternative Verse)
I’ve got something in my pocket
That I found behind a log
My leader said to put it back
But I want to keep this frog
It’s cool and green and slimy
And it wiggles in my hand
I’ve also got a wooly worm
And a pocket full of sand.
