This is an excellent resource to look up the badges by each level. The overview tells you a little bit about what each badge encompasses and what the steps will entail. It is up to date with all of the newest additions. This site has a listing of badge requirements for all levels that you can download as Word docs. It includes some additional patches and journey requirements as well. Does not include newest outdoor badges but those can be found here.
